Efficient multiplexed targeted gene editing as a strategy to generate improved CHO host cell lines for biotherapeutic manufacturing applications
In this joint white paper, we describe a fruitful collaboration with Horizon Discovery, where our proprietary TLA-based solutions were applied to several clones in order to characterize the genetic outcomes of a multiplex gene editing strategy (i.e. simultaneous knock-out of four genes in Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells via CRISPR-Cas9).
