Targeted complete NGS and quality control of transgenes and integration sites in upstream cell & gene therapy manufacturing
In the upstream cell line development and manufacturing process, the virus producing cell lines are generated. To analyze and QC transgenic cell lines, Southern Blot and FISH analyses are often used. In this appnote, we discuss TLA-based transgene and integration site sequencing as a cost-effective, high quality alternative to conventional approaches for the quality control of transgenic cells.
